Operations workflow
Dispatch reviews availability and creates a Shopify payment link. Shopify confirms payment before the booking can be assigned to an invited driver. Drivers report delivery milestones and upload proof of delivery; updates appear in dispatch history. Zoom Phone, GPS, and customer-facing tracking are later milestones.
